The host was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing toys and sledges for our little one. The apartment itself was super clean and had all the kitchen basics we needed. The location was excellent, close to the train station, slopes, and shops. The host was friendly and showed us around the facilities, which included separate ski and ski boots rooms. The apartment was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed, including a large lounge with comfy sofas and a flat-screen TV.

Chalet Bergkristall exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was perfect, tucked away near the train station but still secluded. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, including comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and great wifi. The bathroom had a fantastic hot shower and the view of the mountains from the terrace was unforgettable. The host was lovely and provided helpful information about the area. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning myself.

Great location, close to train station and main street. the apartment was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. the outdoor terrace was a nice touch, perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun.

There were a few drawbacks. the lamp in the ski boots room was not working, leaving it quite dark.

The apartment was super cool with a flat-screen TV and cable channels, perfect for binge-watching our favorite shows and having movie nights. We also enjoyed the DVD player, which let us have our own private film festival. Who needs a cinema when you have this kind of entertainment right in your holiday home?

The only thing we missed during our stay was a party area or a game room specifically designed for young people like us. It would have been amazing to have a place to dance, play music, and have some crazy late-night fun.
